EHS students are working on a school supply drive to help students in two schools in the Ukraine. These schools are connected to local Pierce County residents via family and friends. Many of these students spend hours each day in underground bunkers and with few resources.
If you'd like to help by donating school supplies off this Amazon wish list, purchases are sent to EHS.
We will then be packaging classroom sets to be sent to these schools directly.
If you'd like to make a financial donation to help with shipping costs or supplies, they can be sent to EHS Hearts and Minds at Ellsworth High School at EHS 323 Hillcrest St. Ellsworth WI 54011

🌍 Happy Earth Day, everyone! 🌿 Today is the perfect day to celebrate our planet and spend time in nature. ☀️ Let's make the most of this beautiful weather!
Looking for ways to get your kids involved in Earth Day? Here are some easy and fun activities for families to do tonight:
🌱 Plant a Tree: Find a spot in your yard or a nearby park to plant a tree together. It's a great way to contribute to our environment and teach kids about the importance of trees.
🚶♀️ Take a Nature Walk: Explore our school forest, a local trail or park. Observe the plants, insects, and birds you encounter. Encourage kids to appreciate the beauty of nature around them.
♻️ Clean Up: Grab some reusable bags and gloves, then head out to pick up litter in your neighborhood. Make it a game to see who can collect the most trash!
🎨 Create Nature Art: Collect leaves, flowers, and rocks during your outdoor adventure, then use them to create nature-inspired art when you get home. Think leaf rubbings, flower collages, or painted rocks.
Let's make today memorable by connecting with nature and appreciating its beauty! 🌳
