
Celebrate all things summer Thursdays June 9 - September 1 at the Summer Fun Series alongside the Ellsworth Farmers Market from 5:00-7:00 pm (excluding Cheese Curd Festival and Pierce County Fair weeks).
Family-fun activities, food vendors, and music offered alongside the Ellsworth Farmers Markets.
Local musicians such as Brooke Elizabeth, St. Croix Valley Opera, Patchouli, Tommy Bentz Band, and Colleen Raye perform from 5:30-6:30 pm.
Local food vendors will offer food for purchase such as River Road Coffee, Mindful Fork, Chef Shack, and Smokey Treats BBQ.

Congratulations to Ann Lundstrom on being the second Ellsworth High School recipient of the Wisconsin DPI Global Scholar Competence Certificate! Ann has successfully completed the rigorous components needed to earn this prestigious award. Way to go Ann!
Wisconsin's Global Scholars Program is designed to improve global learning across the curriculum in an effort to prepare all students to be workforce-, world-, and life-ready with global competence.
Global Scholars develop global competence through the following program requirements:
Four credits of sustained learning in a world language or evidence of language proficiency at or above Intermediate High on the ACTFL scale. (Language learners may also be interested in pursuing a Wisconsin Seal of Biliteracy.)
Four credits of coursework designed to facilitate global learning. (Courses submitted by districts to DPI for review and approval through program application and revision process.)
Eight reflections on global learning and cultural literacy development through reading 4 or more books (fiction or non-fiction), and including up to 4 learning experiences through art, music, films, podcasts, and community-based cultural events.
Active participation/leadership in four, or more, school-based extracurricular and special events with a global focus.
Twenty or more hours of service learning projects related to a global issue.
