For several weeks, Aubrey (Sophomore) and Ellie (Senior) have been hard at work selling tickets for a chance to win a candy bouquet, raising funds for Our Neighbor's Place in River Falls. After visiting the shelter on the 2024 Day of Service and seeing firsthand the impact it has on people in need, they were inspired to make a difference—and they did! With nearly $500 raised, their efforts will go a long way in helping others. 🙌💙

🎃👻 Ms. Helgeson’s 8th graders had a spook-tacular time in their Halloween-themed chemistry lab! 🎃 From bubbling beakers to mysterious mixtures, they dove into hands-on experiments to learn more about chemistry while getting into the Halloween spirit. Great job, future scientists! 🧪
🚒👮🚑 PAC Night: Hometown Heroes! 👩🚒👨🚒👨⚕️
We had an incredible PAC Night at the firehall this Wednesday, celebrating Hometown Heroes from our very own fire department, police department, sheriff's department, and ambulance service! 🚓🚨 Smokey the Bear even made a special appearance! 🐻🔥
Children learned about the important roles these heroes play in keeping our community safe, and got some great tips on Halloween safety, too! 🎃🕸️ We also talked about how we can all be heroes in our own way. 🦸♀️🦸
A special thank you to PAC leader Becky Lane and her husband, Pete Lane, for helping to organize such an inspiring event!
We've been having a blast with Red Ribbon Week! 🎉 So far, we've had Pajama Day, dressed like our favorite teachers at EES, showed off our Twin Day spirit at EMS, and today we're teaming up against drugs by sporting our favorite jerseys! 🏀
